You have 24 hours before scheduled appointment time to reschedule or cancel appointment without being charged the 100% service fee.

We understand that  unexpected circumstances arise, and are happy to accommodate your needs. As a courtesy to our stylist and other guest, please call our salon if you need to reschedule your appointment. If you fail to call and cancel and do not show up for your appointment on schedules time, you will incur a charge of 100% of the service to the card on file.

To support the continued delivery of our elevated salon experiences, a standard 3% credit card processing fee is applied to all credit cards transactions ( debit cards are exempt)
